櫃體不一定要是厚重而壓迫的存在。

在這個空間裡，我們把櫃體當成一種引導動線的量體，透過厚度的拿捏、退縮與留白，讓空間在行走之間慢慢展開。

木皮成為光的背景，而不是主角；玻璃磚讓視線與光線穿透，卻依然保留空間之間的距離感。

同樣是櫃體，卻因材質、比例與結構的不同，形成截然不同的氛圍。

Cabinetry doesn't have to feel heavy or oppressive.

In this space, cabinetry is treated as a spatial volume that guides movement.

Through carefully controlled thickness, setbacks, and moments of void,

the space gradually unfolds as one walks through it.

Wood veneer becomes a backdrop for light, rather than the focal point.

Glass blocks allow light and sightlines to pass through,

while still preserving a sense of distance between spaces.

The same cabinetry,

through different materials, proportions, and structures,

creates entirely different atmospheres.
